- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTE: We haven't any control over the shipping/delivery channels from the United States to destinations throughout the world. The United States Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Customs Departments have mandated that all packages shipped to destinations outside the United States contain detailed "Customs Declaration Details" about the contents of the packages being shipped. We can no longer ship items with the description of "gift" because these packages will be held at Customs and not delivered until the contents in knows. When we document the contents of a package, we assume that the package delivery personnel and those who process mail/packages are honest and would not steal the contents yet we've learned otherwise over the past 15+ years in this business. We are one of the few companies that actually ship to world-wide destinations as theft has become a major problem.
- We recommend, upgraded shipping which includes electronic tracking and signature requirements, for orders that contain a high dollar value and have the risk of being lost or stolen. We will only ship an international order ONE-TIME and are not held responsible for packages not arriving. Please upgrade your shipping. We only charge the actual cost of shipping the package and do not make money on the shipping costs.
Major holiday's like Christmas may delay order turnaround due to so many packages in the U.S. Postal Delivery System. To assure your order arrives by Christmas Eve, you might want to choose express service on orders placed after December 20th.
Fast, Reliable Shipping!
Under most circumstances, you're order is received
and processed within 24-48 hours from receipt. If a product is on backorder,
we will ship all items currently in stock immediately and will follow
up with the backordered product the moment it is received. The backordered
item will ship at our expense.
If your package is returned to us
because of address problems,(an incorrect address you provided), package
not being claimed, or for any reason that was not caused by us, ---and
we end up having to reship the package,---you will be charged the additional
shipping charges, and no shipping charges will be credited to you. When
you are shipping to an office building you MUST provide the suite or
office number or the package will be returned to us. Additional
shipments due to address mistakes not caused by us will be charged to
your account.
Under normal circumstances, orders received are shipped prompty the
next day. Engraved orders require additional 2 days for engraving. Orders
that total over $15.00 are shipped via Confirmed Delivery from the U.S.
Post Office. Please allow 5-7 business days for Canada. International
shipments normally average 7 to 10 business days (Please note that we
can't be responsible for delays due to Customs and International Postal
Delivery challenges).
Please
note:
Although most orders are processed and mailed within 24/48 hours, the
delivery to your door depends highly on the type of expedited shipping
you choose. Confirmed Delivery, on the average, takes 2-4 business days.
This can vary depending on postal delays which we haven't any control.
"STANDARD" - If your order was under $15.00 you can upgrade
your shipping to receive your order faster. If you are shipping this
package to the East Coast, there is a good chance your order will take
between 1 and 3 weeks to arrive; especially to the states east of the
Mississippi River. For some unknown reason, the 1st class mail hub-system
out of Las Vegas to the states east of the Mississippi use a route that
takes much longer than normal.

"USPS EXPRESS MAIL" - We offer Express
Mail service for packages that weigh under a pound at a cost of $18.75.
This is for delivery Monday through Saturday. The Postal Service DOES
deliver on Saturday. Please understand that "Next Day" delivery
means that we will do everything possible so that your order is shipped
with 24 to 48 hours; but it doesn't guarantee that we will ship the
order within this period as there may be circumstances beyound our immediate
control. When your order does ship, it will be shipped via USPS Express
Mail.

Millenium/Mars bullet pens - they look really good! What quality
would you rate the new ink - does it blot or anything? They are
