Adding/Uploading Photo: When you add this item to your cart and then begin the checkout process, at Step 1 of 4 you will come to a screen that allows you to enter text (up to 4 lines if desired) and then below "Line 4" of text you will see the "Image" box with the icon "Browse" next to it. When you click on "Browse" you will be taken to the "choose file" box (or similar type file selection screen) where you will navigate to the photograph that you want laser engraved. Please provide a picture file that is at least 300KB as we can accept files up to 3MB and the higher the resolution picture you provide, the better the finished product will look. Double-click on the image file (You may upload an image in any of the following file types for laser engraving: JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF or BMP) which should then be seen inside the "Image" box and click "Continue Checkout" in the blue box in the lower right. Adding Text: Up to 4 lines of text can be laser engraved to further personalize your gift with a date, title or phrase ($6.95 per line of text will apply). Because we use a Laser, any font or character type can be used provided we have this font in our Windows XP Professional based computers. Below are three popular font styles: Verdana; Lucida Calligraphy; and Denmark that engrave very well.

Currently, when you get to the point in the checkout process when you will attach your picture and choose your text (if you decide to choose text) the shopping cart will present you with two engraving choices: Double Line Century or Cursive yet if you would like a specific font or type style please let us know via the "Comments Box" of your order which will appear at Step 2 of 4 in the checkout process.

.pdf Proof: We will also send you a .pdf proof of your item before it's engraved if you would like so you can confirm the fonts and photo. This proof will be sent to the email address appearing on your order. If you are unable to view .pdf documents, please go to www.adobe.com and download their free Adobe Reader® program. We can also provide your proof in a .jpg, .bmp, .tif or other popular graphics format. Should you require a format other than .pdf (Adobe Reader) please let us know in the comments section of your order at checkout.
