The tip of this unique crystal fountain pen has an "ink delivery system" that
will keep you scratching your head as to how they did this. Once the tip of
the Fountain Pen's precision crystal nib is emersed into the high quality Pelikan
premium bottled ink, the flow begins. Surprisingly smooth, like writing with
glass (which you are) the dark distribution of the ink from the glass nib to
the stationary is nothing short of phenomenal. One can effectively write 2-3
full lines of text on an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper before re-applying additional
ink from the ink well. Rinsing your Crystal Fountain Pen with regular water,
brings it back to brand new! Every time I use this Fountain Pen, I can't help
but think that this is how our founding fathers signed their important documents.
I realize they used a feather quill, yet if this pen was around, I'm sure they
would have loved it!
