| 2/9/2001 Greetings, Jim had the chance to use my new Titanium Bullet Pen all night at work and I LOVE it! Compact, lightweight, very elegant and modern and very COOL. I like the smooth grip and the texture and color of the pen. It makes writing a pleasure and using the pen something to look forward to. And it fits so neatly in the pocket. I think this one is a real sleeper in the line - you should promote it more. Anyway, thanks again for the excellent customer service and terrific products. Have a great weekend yourself - it's supposed to rain here in California this weekend. I'll let you know what my first impressions are of the 400TS when it arrives.
